How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is easy! Simply add the quantity of an item/s to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout once at the shopping cart page. See below for payment and shipping information.
Please pay attention to the quantity ordered, the items listed are often available in multiple count packages (i.e. 20-Pack, 30-Pack, etc). So, if you'd like two 30-packs, you can select the pull-down quantity list on a particular item page and add two of the item to your shopping cart.
All orders will be packaged and leave our inventory within 48 hours of the time of purchase, if this promise cannot be met, we will promptly contact you. We primarily use the United States Postal Service for shipping needs, a tracking number for your shipment will be sent via email. Typical shipping transit time is 1-3 days.
We do our best to keep inventory status updated throughout the day. It is possible, an item showing in stock may go out of stock by the time your order is filled. In these cases, we will notify you promptly via email to resolve the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We accept payment via PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your product, simply send us a message to let us know about your problem then drop the item in the mail. Buyer shall pay return shipping cost. After we receive the item, we can provide a replacement product or refund the purchase price of the product for up to 30 days from the date of original purchase.
